How to report one
Use the contact form. Include the page URL, the specific claim, and a source if you have one. Reports about dates, rates, and form references are checked first.
What happens
- We check the claim against the primary source.
- If it is wrong, we fix the page and update its last reviewed date.
- If the error was material, meaning it could have changed what a reader did, we add it to the log below.
